Born in Jackson , Mississippi , the son of a United
State Air Force bomber pilot, Harry L. Sauce, Jr.’s secondary education
was obtained in France , Germany , and Japan as well as five states. Attending
Ole Miss and obtaining a degree in political science, he then graduated
with a JD law degree from Indianapolis Law School in 1972. Harry has served
as a Master Commissioner of the Hamilton County Circuit Court and Judge
of the Hamilton County Court for fifteen years. Harry has also been a
law clerk and Deputy Attorney General. He has been exclusively involved
in the private practice of law, when not in public office, for over thirty
years. Although his primary focus in legal practice has been criminal
defense, he also handles divorce and other civil litigation, including
debt collections, medical malpractice, landlord/tenant disputes, and other
general practice issues.
Harry is father to 4 adult children and is a devoted
Christian and has attended Bible Study
Fellowship regularly. His other interests are golf, physical fitness,
bicycling, and auto racing. Harry is a member of the Sports Car Club of
America, still actively competes at the National level in open-wheeled
formula cars, and has even driven at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in
1988 as a rookie in the Indianapolis 500.

Richard K. Tardy
Richard K. Tardy was admitted to the bar in 1988. He is licensed to practice
in the Indiana and U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern
Districts of Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana
University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of Georgia.
Rick is a member of the Hamilton County Bar Association and the Indiana
Public Defender Council.
Rick has a general practice. His practice areas include Criminal Defense,
Civil Litigation, simple Estate Planning, representation of Personal Representatives
and Guardians, Small Business formation and Real Estate transactions.
Rick is very active in community affairs. Rick, an Eagle Scout, is currently
a Scoutmaster with Troop 101 in Noblesville, Indiana a troop with over
140 Boy Scoots. His dedication to Scouting led to his receipt of the District
Award of Merit in 2007.
Rick served as President and Board Member of the Noblesville United Soccer
Club, as a Board Member for the Hamilton County Red Cross, as a volunteer
reader at North Elementary School (being awards a Hamilton County Literacy
Award in 2002) as a youth soccer referee and is a member of Christ Lutheran
Church in Noblesville.
